You know, for me at least, dinner is often a stressful affair. Not the cooking part, I like that. The deciding that to eat part. That part is a pain. I know the other thing you're thinking: what the hell is with Sin and the damned peas? I'm actually a little shocked how much people hate them. I love them.

Sundays are for comfort
So, I have a secret. I love fried rice. I could live off of fried rice if you let me. Interestingly all of my Chinese friends have their own versions of fried rice. Generally, the technique stays the same, but everyone has their own personal tastes.

Home Sweet... wait where is it?
Have I ever told you my husband is in the Navy? This picture is from my husband's last homecoming. My friend Kim and I were discussing a myrad of things the Navy has changed about us (as individuals of course). She generally makes me think a lot.
Oh office how I hate you so...
So, it's like this. I HATE OFFICE. Now I know I have other opions like... Open Office or iWork, but I'm too concerned about formatting inconsistancies to take a chance on it with school. I am now on my 3rd attempt at a clean install and it STILL won't fully cooperate. I swear it's just my crappy luck. Bah, humbug.

Finished Damask Painting
Man I've been so bad about this blog since my husband came home. In either case, I actually did end up finishing the damask painting. I figured I'd throw some pics up for you guys to see. I hope to actually get back to blogging about my weird house projects. Apparently talking to the non-backtalking cyber space community gives me some relief from stress.
