Anyways back to lunch, even though my lunches are kind of an assembly lunch these days, it's always fun to experiment with the flavor profiles.
General lunch construction:
- 1-2c veggies
- 4 oz protein
- a whole grain wrap, pita, or 1/4c cooked grains
Veggie wrapped goodness
Shrimp and sai fun in a nice warming spicy broth
