Lunch time happiness

I <3 lunch. It's one of my favorite meals of the day. Anyways I haven't had a chance to update so this post might be filled with lots of food lol.
Anyways back to lunch, even though my lunches are kind of an assembly lunch these days, it's always fun to experiment with the flavor profiles.
General lunch construction:
  • 1-2c veggies 
  • 4 oz protein 
  • a whole grain wrap, pita, or 1/4c cooked grains
